		<description>They offer not only white flour and white whole wheat flour challahs, but also they will reserve the dough for you if you call before Thursday and you can bake the challah at home yourself without making the dough but rather just rolling out the “ropes” and braiding and waiting for it to rise.  They will even explain exactly what you must do to bake the challah in your own over.</description>
